EXpresso Coffee delivery: About the Project: From «eXpresso» to Xpresso.AI

The project originally started as «eXpresso» — a freshly brewed coffee delivery service with a 15-minute delivery promise in Krasnodar, Russia. I launched it in December 2020 with just one partner, with zero investment in equipment or marketing. We started by testing a hypothesis: is there demand for fast delivery of quality coffee with personalized service?

Our key differentiators were simple but effective: personalized messages on cup lids, holiday gifts for regular customers, and individual attention to every order. It wasn’t just coffee, it was a service experience that kept people coming back.

In 2024, the project went through the EWA accelerator in Dubai and transformed into Xpresso.AI — an AI-powered platform for restaurant and e-commerce menu personalization.
